Green Garlic Pizza
This pizza was made by Joseph S. Clark Preparatory High School's Culinary Club with basil from their aeroponics towers!

1 10-oz can refrigerated pizza dough
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
2 cups chopped fresh spinach/leafy greens
1 cup grated low-sodium mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil
In a small skillet over medium heat, sauté the basil and garlic in olive oil until golden and pour into small dish to cool.
Roll out the pizza dough, place onto a pizza pan or other baking sheet, and spread the olive oil mixture over the surface using the back of a spoon.
Arrange greens in an even layer. Top with diced tomato and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in preheated oven, until crust is browned and center is cooked through.
Feedback from a Clark Student: “This is good but I would add chicken”
–add 1 cup of cooked chicken with the greens!
