Ashe's Favorite Blueberry SmoothiesThe school community at Arthur Ashe Charter School love these blue & green healthy bevs!
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
½ cup mango or pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 ½ cup orange juice
2 pieces of kale
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Feel free to adjust amounts according to your favorite fruits. But please - keep the blueberries for Ashe pride!
