Recipes: some Edible Schoolyard New Orleans favorites

Hibiscus Iced Tea

Hibiscus is high in Vitamin C and bioflavonoids. It's used to treat mild colds, flus, bruising, and swelling. It supports heart health and normal blood pressure. And it can be used to help with restlessness and falling asleep. And, my, those calyces are beautiful.
