Kale & Orange CreamsicleDon't let the green color scare you--it's tasty, we promise, and packed with vitamins A and C.
1 cup chopped kale (start with 1/2 cup if you don't have a high-speed blender)
1 orange, peeled
1/2 to 1 cup cupunsweetened almond, rice, hemp, or coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: A few drops of stevia or honey
Blend all ingredients until smooth; add ice if desired.
